We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to join our fast-growing company. This role involves managing property operations in the Norristown & Bridgeport area, ensuring resident satisfaction, supervising maintenance, and meeting occupancy goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Responsibilities
• Manage all daily operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
• Lead and supervise on-site staff, providing coaching and support to maintain a high-performing team.
• Oversee the resident lease cycle, ensuring smooth transitions from application to move-out.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure timely repairs and excellent property conditions.
• Maintain strong property standards, including curb appeal and compliance with inspections.
• Handle financial processes, including rent collection, expense tracking, and security deposits.
• Manage legal and compliance matters, such as notices and court appearances.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to optimize property performance.
• Collaborate with the Regional Property Manager and marketing team on pricing, promotions, and strategies.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in property management with oversight of residential portfolios.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Proficiency in property management software (experience with Entrata is a plus!) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local housing regulations and legal requirements.
