Senior Clinical Data Team Lead

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical projects

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading communications and relationship management

Provide leadership and mentorship to data management teams, including training junior staff

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in data management within clinical research

8+ years of experience as an Independent Lead on global studies

Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale global studies or programs simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in health sciences, clinical research, biological sciences, mathematics, or a related field

Experience mentoring and training junior team members in data management best practices
