What You'll Do :

Perform access control duties by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry within the healthcare location.

Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises to support compliance with site-specific policies.

Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries, providing a high level of customer service.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and perimeter to observe for unusual activity and report findings as required.

Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuation procedures or coordinating with emergency personnel.

Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
