ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Associate for Mike Doperalski State Farm Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Prospect, quote, and sell property and casualty insurance policies (e.g., auto, homeowners, renters, commercial property, general liability).
  • Prospect, quote, and sell life and health insurance policies.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

    • You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment.
