Position Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence

Detail-Oriented Execution
Maintain a meticulous approach to all tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation, data entry, and customer interactions to support operational efficiency and minimize errors.
Prompt Call Handling
Answer incoming calls by the second ring, projecting a friendly and professional tone. Ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and appropriately.
Efficient Call Routing
Accurately direct callers to the appropriate department or team member based on their needs, ensuring minimal wait times and optimal customer satisfaction.
Sales Opportunity Creation
Proactively identify and document potential sales leads during customer interactions. Enter opportunities into the CRM system to support the sales team in follow-up and conversion efforts.
Service Order Management
Generate and manage service orders in coordination with the Service Manager, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer service requests.
Point-of-Sale Transactions
Conduct over-the-counter sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Maintain a secure and organized cash handling process.
Petty Cash Administration
Accept, track, and reconcile petty cash transactions in accordance with company policies and financial controls.
Accounts Payable Support
Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice verification, data entry, and communication with vendors to ensure timely payments.
Collections Assistance
Support the collections process by following up on outstanding accounts, maintaining accurate records, and communicating professionally with customers regarding payment status.
Additional Duties
Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure smooth business operations.
