Prominent Bergen County Multi-Practice Firm seeks a Full Time Associate.  The responsibilities of the position will be primarily working on the firm's condominium and cooperative associations, which will include corporate law and litigation.  The potential candidate can have 0-3 years of experience but must have New Jersey Bar admission to be considered.  Good organizational and communications skills are needed. The candidate should be able to work independently, but with guidance and mentoring as needed or requested.  This is a unique opportunity to learn different area of practice.  our compensation and benefits are competitive.  Salary rand $ 75,00 - $ 95,000, depending on years and type of experience.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
