Product Management Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Product Management- IT Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management of Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural, including configuration, user support, and vendor coordination

Collaborate with senior Product Management to implement system enhancements and manage upgrades for existing applications

Engage with end users to understand needs and translate them into actionable product improvements or support plans

Qualifications

2-3 years in product or project management and support, preferably in the IT domain

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and ecosystem

Willingness and ability to quickly learn new applications, including Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural

Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and internal communication platforms

Experience with cross-functional teams and a positive attitude
