Thrive Market's Product Management team is looking for a highly quantitative, strategic, and technical Senior Product Manager to lead efforts related to our cart, checkout, post-order, tracking, and self-service flows. The ideal candidate is a full-stack PM comfortable and experienced in both optimizing the user experience for conversion improvements as well as working on vendor API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to optimize our members' experience in the purchase and post-purchase steps of their journey.
• Constantly identify opportunities to reduce friction in the order path and improve order conversion rates, and optimize average order value (AOV).
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and partner teams to bring these strategies to life across all platformsdesktop, mobile web, and native apps.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to optimize the post-order tracking experience.
• Collaborate closely with the member services team to improve automated self-service capabilities.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making, test hypotheses, and execute A / B testing to enhance the member experience. Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of your initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to inform product enhancements that keep Thrive Market competitive.
• Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure business needs are translated into actionable product requirements, creating measurable deliverables that drive business growth.
