Mechanical Design Engineer Needed in Bethlehem, PA!

Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Bethlehem, PA in their search for a Mechanical Design Engineer.

Job Details :

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary : $90,000-110,000

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Bethlehem, PA

Responsibilities :

Perform design calculations and create detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks.

Translate customer and industry specifications into final designs.

Develop and maintain part and assembly libraries, BOMs, and technical documentation.

Support quoting and design for valve components and assemblies.

Collaborate with manufacturing to improve design efficiency and product performance.

Maintain data within the Syteline ERP system and participate in testing and evaluation.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience.

Proficient in SolidWorks (PDM preferred) and familiar with manufacturing processes (casting, machining, welding).

Knowledge of ASME codes for valves, piping, or pressure vessels preferred.

Strong understanding of material properties and component selection (force, torque, pressure).

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
