Senior Mechanical Engineer (Manufacturing)

We are seeking a growth-minded, results-driven Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team and take our flow sensor production to the next level. In this high-impact role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations by ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with both external partners and internal teams to ensure that our standards remain world-class. The ideal candidate will bring technical knowledge, hands-on experience and exposure / knowledge of machining, welding, assembly, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in spearheading the performance of third-party machining operations, ensuring execution, on-time delivery, and peak productivity. Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive improvements and resolve challenges.
• CAD Design & Modifications : Utilize SolidWorks (or similar advanced CAD software) to design, model, and refine components with high precision. Contribute to design improvements and modifications to meet production goals.
• Comprehensive Quality Assurance : Conduct as needed product inspections, leveraging techniques to ensure that products meet quality specifications.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with internal teams across various functions (engineering, production, and operations) to improve processes, reduce costs, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Documentation & Regulatory Compliance : Update as needed documentation of production processes, including design changes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
