This key operational role leads a group of dental practices focused on the consistent delivery of quality dental care, exceptional patient experiences and high-performing team members. Serves as a champion for the organizations mission and values, and is committed to excellence with brand standards. Implements organizational and regional strategies to achieve established goals and objectives. Executes and maintains operational best practices in the region. Inspires, manages, and develops Practice Managers to meet the organizations expectations for both patient care and financial outcomes. In alignment with the Practice Excellence team, initiates and creates systems for efficient and effective work processes. Serves as a liaison between regional operations and support services. Acts as a cultural ambassador for the brand and the organization in the communities we serve. Some travel required - varies by region.
Responsibilities :
- Ensures that regional teams can deliver exceptional patient care, striving for practice
- excellence, as identified by the MVP Patient Experience.
- Promotes and champions the local brand.
- Participates in local public relations, community events and charitable participation initiatives.
- Maintains brand standards throughout the region at all offices and in all internal and external communications.
- Develops and leads assigned practices to achieve strategic and financial goals.
- Monitors and analyzes performance and takes appropriate corrective action.
- Willingly assists the region and other practices in achieving shared goals.
- Participates in the development of national best practices.
- Conducts quarterly OPStop Reviews and consults with practices on findings.
- Ensures action plans are developed and implemented.
- Inspires, develops, and trains Team Leaders.
- Optimizes individual and regional performance to meet succession planning needs. Recruits, selects, and leads individuals to create highly-engaged, high-performing teams.
- Delegates to and empowers individuals to make decisions and carry out actions promoting accountability.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience1-3 years managerial / leadership experienceAbility to use computer software and systems.Desired :
Master Degree3-5 years managerial / leadership experience in multi-unit or multi-practice businesses; facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Dental and / or healthcare experience a plus.Google Suite, MS Office or comparable platformFamiliarity with Open Dental, Solution Reach, EDS, Digital Imaging software, CRMs, HRIS, LMS-Preferred
