Job Details
Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; PhD preferred
15+ years of experience in datacenter, networking, or telecom systems
Deep understanding of networking architectures, clock distribution, and timing methodologies
Expertise in Ethernet, PCI Express, SyncE, UEC, and related industry standards
Experience with system-level design, timing products, and applications support
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at the architectural level with top system and semiconductor vendors
Experience contributing to standards organizations such as IEEE 802.3, OIF, PCI-SIG, or OCP is highly desirable
Responsibilities :
Act as the resident expert for networking and timing systems in datacenter, AI, and communications applications
Develop deep technical relationships with key customers and influence system-level architectures
Translate customer feedback and industry trends into innovative timing solutions and long-term strategy
Partner with product marketing to guide roadmap development intersecting future technology trajectories
Lead industry initiatives, present at technical conferences, and represent the company in standards committees
Support strategic design wins through architectural guidance and technical advocacy
Create technical documentation, white papers, and training materials that position the company as the leader in precision timing
