This is a sales position with responsibility for dealer relations and sales production for a designated dealer network. The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Sr. Vice President of Ag Sales.About This Role:
1. Assess and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities.
2. Meet and exceed forecasted sales goals for finance volume while maintaining consideration for overall company profitability.
3. Develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships and resulting transactions through regular personal visits.
4. Train dealers in DFS procedures and programs and update the training as procedures and programs change.
5. Exhibits professional behavior, conscientious about punctuality & attendance, demonstrates strong commitment to customer service and promotes positive working relationships.
6. Understands and adheres to all company policies, laws, and regulations applicable to the role.
