As a key point of contact for healthcare professionals and commercial users, you'll handle a mix of credentialing, troubleshooting, and user support tasks. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, responsiveness, and a proactive mindset. Your day-to-day will include :

• Responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshooting platform issues and guiding users through solutions.
• Verifying credentials and onboarding new users.
• Maintaining accurate records and generating reports.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
• Supporting ad hoc projects and operational tasks.

Full-time, MondayFriday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (ET) Fully remote role, with potential for future on-site requirements based on contract needs. Preferred candidates located in VA, MD, DC, CT, MI, NJ, NC, FL, SC, OH, TX, UT, or WV.
