Job Description : Rental Agent - RV

We are seeking a Rental Agent for our RV rental company. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the outdoors. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their RV rental needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all rental transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and assist them with their RV rental needs
• Provide customers with information about our RV rental options, pricing, and policies
• Process rental agreements and collect rental fees
• Conduct pre-rental inspections and post-rental inspections of RVs
• Ensure that all RVs are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
• Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all rental operations run smoothly
• Other task as assigned
