Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via various communication methods
Troubleshoot complex software problems and provide solutions to minimize customer disruption
Collaborate with teams to improve product quality and participate in training and mentoring of staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in technical support or pipeline integrity technical support
Familiarity with pipeline integrity data systems and business processes
Proficiency in operating systems and SQL database technologies
Experience with remote support tools and help desk software
