Location : Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or Delaware

About the Role

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Counsel-track attorney to join its Business Litigation Practice Group. This is a non-partner track role with a reduced billable hour requirement, offering strong work-life balance while handling sophisticated litigation matters.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience representing companies and / or financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation matters, including contracts, loan agreements, mortgages, or leases

Bar admission in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and / or Delaware

Strong academic credentials from a top law school

Excellent written and oral communication skills
