About the Role

Gap Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, Human Resources to provide HR leadership support to the Head of Marketing Shared Services and marketing teams.

This role will be responsible for leading functional transformation work in establishing and operationalizing this new business function and capabilities, as well as providing HR business partnership that results in an

engaged workforce and a more productive business. They will be responsible for change management and transition, developing people strategies, overseeing all day-to-day HR activities for the clients, providing thought leadership to these organizations and associated Leadership Teams, developing and executing talent management and change management

strategies and partnering with key Gap Inc. HR solution centers (Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Total Rewards, etc.

to deliver results against the people strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Create the talent and organization roadmap for the Marketing Shared Services organization across Media Shared Services, Marketing Science and Marketing Enablement, and other adjacent functions.
  • Hire and onboard new leaders, train teams on new processes and evaluate function capability and effectiveness of the end-to-end model with our Brands.
  • Provide thought leadership and consultation / support on people and organizational issues : collectively, directly and through matrix management throughout the organization, leveraging resources, programs and tools to achieve desired outcomes
  • Actively participate with and influence Leadership Teams, advising on people and organization impact of business plans and decisions;

ensure that change and transformation plans are established and effectively executed

  • Identify and implement strategies which improve employee engagement year over year as measured through the continuous listening process
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify business opportunities working with leadership to develop and implement solutions.
  • Manage the employee value proposition for employees in multiple business areas through all facets of the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive talent practices that motivate and engage the workforce and aligns with Gap Inc. philosophy and multi-function business goals.
  • Partner with the HR team to support effective execution of all objectives and enable professional development and career growth for team members.

Salary Range : $197,800 - $272,000 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.

We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
