What You'll Be Doing : As an A / R Specialist, you will perform a variety of billing and A / R duties as outlined below and work with the team to improve processes and internal controls. To accomplish this, you bring a thoughtful and consultative approach to the job.

Core Responsibilities :

• Create invoices based on contracts and timesheets
• Weekly and team billing, T&M, % Completion, Milestone billing.
• Specific client invoicing through portal uploads
• A / R Customer Service
• Client A / R statement issuance and reconciliation
• AR Inbox ownership for both internal and client communication
• Accounts receivable collections
• Own Avalara Sales tax tool and submissions
• Internal System Reconciliation
• Participate in month and year-end processes and reconciliations
• Participate in the financial and other audits
• Document processes and procedures as needed and where necessary
• Other duties as assigned

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this contract position is $26.00 / hr to $31.00 / hr. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
