Foster Care Licensing Manager (Compliance & Regulatory Manager 1) - Two Positions
The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is seeking two dynamic and strategic leaders to serve as Foster Care Licensing Managers (Compliance & Regulatory Manager 1) in our Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS), Licensing Unit.
This position leads a professional team of Foster Care Licensing Specialists and program staff who evaluate the quality of services within adult foster homes and child foster homes through licensing activities and determine whether providers meet and maintain requirements to provide services.
As a Foster Care Licensing Manager, you will :
Minimum qualifications include five years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; or two years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Essential attributes include team leadership, staff supervision, managerial effectiveness, data-driven decision making, regulatory interpretation, operational knowledge, regulatory compliance and investigations, attention to detail, and process development and maintenance.

This is a hybrid position based in the Salem office with occasional statewide and national travel required. Background checks and requirements will be conducted if selected as a finalist.
