We are excited to welcome experienced Senior AI Solutions Engineers who are eager to leverage their significant experience in developing Python-based applications that extend beyond mere model-building and data analysis. Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in both traditional machine learning and pioneering generative AI technologies.

In your role as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in creating and deploying groundbreaking AI-driven solutions, engaging with large-scale datasets and advanced tools to address complex business problems. Your collaboration with data scientists and other engineers will be essential throughout the entire AI development lifecycle, from data ingestion to software deployment and continuous monitoring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Investigate and implement generative AI technologies utilizing Large Language Models and other innovative models to develop creative solutions.
• Create and sustain robust APIs to support Retrieval-Augmented Generation and generative AI applications within various business contexts.
• Design, develop, and oversee efficient data pipelines for the ingestion, processing, and transformation of extensive datasets.
• Assist the data science team in both the development and implementation of traditional machine learning models.
• Work closely with data scientists to comprehend model requirements and translate them into scalable engineering solutions.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of deployed APIs, models, and data pipelines to ensure optimal operation.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning, generative AI, and associated technologies.

Compensation and Benefits :

Pay Range : The starting base pay for full-time (40 hours / week) employment is estimated below. This range may vary based on location and individual qualifications.

$142,300 - $195,700 per year

This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company or individual performance.
