What Youll Lead & Deliver
- Oversee daily operations across Front Desk Housekeeping Laundry and Maintenance
- Lead coach and develop a cross-functional team while modeling service excellence
- Champion a warm welcoming guest-focused culture across all departments
- Partner with regional leadership on performance goals financial plans and property enhancements
- Maintain high standards for product quality safety and service delivery
- Ensure property compliance with company policies and procedures and communicate expectations clearly
- Support short and long-term strategic planning and improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties supporting success of the resort
Qualifications : What You Bring
10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or resort operationsExperience overseeing multiple departments in a fast-paced environmentStrong financial acumen with proven success in budgeting and profitabilityHospitality technology knowledge (PMS POS work order / service platforms guest communication tools labor scheduling systems)Timeshare or HOA experience strongly preferredBachelors degree in Hospitality Business or related field requiredAdditional leadership or hospitality certifications welcomeSkills for Success
