A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support focused on energy efficiency and utility programs

Assist with scheduling, enrollment, and technical inquiries through various platforms

Utilize scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required)

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Ability to type 35+ WPM

Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment

Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
