Job Title : Software Developer (Developer / Programmer Analyst 3)

Location : 100% Remote

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Overview

Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is seeking highly skilled Software Developers to join our team in supporting the modernization and enhancement of mission-critical financial and reporting applications. This role will focus on building scalable, high-performance solutions using modern Microsoft technologies, including .NET 8.0 / 9.0, Blazor, and Oracle databases , while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile / SCRUM environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement a modern reporting framework using .NET 8.0 / 9.0 and Blazor.
• Analyze, optimize, and enhance existing Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance financial system solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI / CD pipelines and automation processes.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
• Provide innovative solutions to modernize legacy systems in alignment with business objectives.

Work Environment

Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
