About the Role

Cloudflare is seeking highly skilled autonomous and detail-oriented Video Producer Interns to join our Product Content Experience (PCX) team. This is not a shadowing roleit is a launchpad designed for students ready to own their outcomes and drive the visual excellence of our developer experience.

You will be embedded within a team committed to excellence partnering directly with world-class engineers product managers and scriptwriters to solve the fundamental challenge of translating complex cloud and security technology into visually dynamic and accessible educational videos. Your expertise in cutting visual pacing and designing custom motion graphics is central to this role. Your initiative and creativity are not just valuedthey are rewarded with the trust to lead projects from raw footage to polished final delivery. This role offers you the unique chance to learn the mechanics of enterprise-level content strategy while simultaneously building a public-facing portfolio of visually compelling work that helps millions of developers around the globe.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Editing : Create and edit new videosranging from technical walkthroughs to conceptual explanationswhile adhering to company guidelines.
• Technical Translation : Collaborate with content experts project managers and video producers to distill complex product concepts into usable and accurate videos.
• Cross-Functional Documentation : Work closely with product engineering and customer-facing teams to document how to use new product features for both technical and non-technical users.
• Project Ownership : Own create and help manage all aspects of video production and strategy for specific user needs.
• Independence & Management : Work independently and efficiently manage multiple simultaneous video projects.
• Strategy & Impact : Partner with the broader content strategy team to define success metrics and track the impact of your work.
