We are working with a leading organization in the manufacturing sector to find an experienced FP&A Manager to join their finance team. This role is critical in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights to support business growth and operational excellence. As an FP&A Manager, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that influence key business decisions. This position is fully onsite.

Salary up to $130,000

Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager :

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting

Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives

Analyze variances and trends, providing recommendations to leadership

Prepare and present reports to senior stakeholders

Qualifications of the FP&A Manager :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
