Customer Care Coordinator
- Provide best-in-class customer experience through enhanced service to Versitis blood clients
- Advocate for changes that will positively impact clients while also building upon the lifesaving Versiti mission
- Identify issues that may impact client satisfaction, quicken speed to closure, implement solutions to eliminate or reduce severity
- Ensure client service issues are resolved to satisfaction and ensure closures
- Ensure accuracy relative to fees, client set up, product stewardship and utilization
- Shift internally focused workload away from outwardly focused team members
- Achieve best possible customer NPS scores
- Actively collaborates and communicates with peers in Finance, Business Development, Field Marketing, Hospital Relations, Hospital Services, Information Services, Reference Laboratory, Marketing Insights / Operations
- Become an actively engaged member of ongoing operating mechanisms to ensure knowledge transfer and help shape client engagement strategy
- Two years of professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to report on project status, deliverables, and results
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or laboratory testing preferred
- Experience with integrated business software and CRM systems preferred
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to perform repetitive data entry tasks
- Strong process orientation and experience with process and continuous improvement
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
- Strong organizational, critical and practical thinking skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills including ability to present technical information to customers
- Valid U.S. Drivers License and access to an insured vehicle
