Lead Front Office Operations That Support Whole-Person Care Across Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health Services

This leadership role oversees Customer Relations Specialists (CRS) within our medical or behavioral health services and ensures an exceptional experience for every patient walking through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support Customer Relations Specialists across multiple disciplinesOversee daily operations related to patient intake, scheduling, and payment processesEnsure accurate batching, deposits, and reporting of patient paymentsServe as the first point of contact for escalated patient concerns or service issuesAssist with scheduling staff and ensuring adequate coverage across clinic sitesProvide hands-on backup support at the front desk as neededRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School / GED required
QUALIFICATION(S) : WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least two (2) years experience as a front office staff member in a medical, behavioral, or administrative setting preferredSupervisory experience preferredExperience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone skills preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferredYou’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You :
