As an Office Coordinator , you'll support the Headquarters team with general administrative duties and be the 'face' of the organization at our reception desk, while answering phone calls and providing high-quality customer service to visitors!

This Position :
We are interested in an Administrative Assistant with at least a High School diploma / equivalent.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years administrative and reception support and who is well-versed in the Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Teams.
This is an hourly PRN as needed with the possibility of being hired full-time with a starting pay at $19.50 / hour.
