Revenue Management Intern (Summer 2026)

FedEx Intern Position

As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

Essential Functions

• Under close supervision, the successful candidate may assist with providing analytical support to drive efficiency, consistency and control throughout current business initiatives.
• The intern may assist with industry market research, global business intelligence, and emerging trends analysis.
• The intern will analyze specific business metrics and research / analyze data, industry trends, and market information to gain insight into transportation and logistics metrics in identified industry vertical
• Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and / or customer experience.
• Participates in various networking and / or community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college / university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Degree : Master's degree program such as Business, Finance / Economics, Computer Science, Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, Operations Research, Supply Chain / Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Technology, Math, Marketing or other related major.

Minimum Experience

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as a part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.

Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management.

Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Immigration sponsorship is not available for intern positions. Sponsorship may be available for full-time, exempt positions, depending on the specific role and federal regulations. Note, sponsorship is never guaranteed under any circumstances. This role is Hybrid in Plano, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, or Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.

Pay Transparency

Salary is $30 / hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship or co-op experience.
