Job Description:
The Local Church, a fast-growing and community-focused church in the heart of South Florida, is hiring a Worship Pastor/Director to create and lead a culture of spirit-led worship at The Local Church, develop a team of volunteer vocalists and musicians to lead all areas of worship within the church, and manage all administrative needs of the Worship Ministry.
We are a multi-generational, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic community that commonly refers to our church as "familia" and are led by Pastor Eric Gamero, who under his leadership we have grown to over 1, people on a weekend and was named one of Outreach Magazine's Top Fastest Growing Churches in 0 and 1.
We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, likes South Florida, knows how to have fun, can collaborate with a team, and has a proven track record of creating irresistible environments and investing in the lives of their local community.
