Data & Reporting Analyst (Healthcare / Pharma)

As a Data Insights Analyst , you’ll transform complex healthcare and pharmacy data into meaningful insights that empower both our internal teams and our clients to make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions.

You’ll be part of a high-impact analytics team that partners with clients, data engineers, and technology specialists to deliver accurate reporting, actionable dashboards, and continuous improvement in data quality. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving puzzles with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to see their work directly improve patient access and program performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform data into insights : Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL, Excel, Tableau , and Salesforce data sources to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends.
• Drive data quality and accuracy : Monitor client data submissions, identify anomalies or inconsistencies, and lead resolution efforts with clients and partners.
• Lead data onboarding : Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new electronic trading partners, configuring and testing mapping tools, and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Be the expert : Act as the internal and external subject matter expert on data specifications, reporting requirements, and system mappings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally : Work with internal teams (Data Engineering, Product, Client Services) to translate business questions into data requirements and insights.
• Deliver clear communication : Present data findings and narratives through visualizations and consultative storytelling to support strategic decisions.
• Train and support clients : Lead virtual trainings and ongoing support sessions to guide clients through data submissions and analytics expectations.
