ClickHouse is looking to hire an experienced Growth Product Manager to join our Product Team and lead Growth Initiatives for ClickHouse Cloud.

In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing and driving the growth marketing discipline, primarily focusing on accelerating the self-serve channel for ClickHouse Cloud.

What you will do :

Own Product usage KPIs : Define key performance indicators to measure the successful adoption of the service - User acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

Help define growth targets and report on progress regularly to leadership.

Strategic Growth Planning : Develop and execute a growth plan to increase customer acquisition and retention for the self-serve business.

Use product insights to execute campaigns and nurture programs to increase signups and usage.

Product Experience : Own the onboarding journey in partnership with the Design team to ensure a seamless self-serve experience and optimize the time-to-first experience for users.

Conduct A / B testing and other iterative experiments to refine the self-serve user journey.

  • Messaging and Positioning : Stay ahead of industry trends and refine positioning strategies to stay differentiated. Work in partnership with the Product Marketing team to tune positioning and messaging to better target key use cases and personas.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams - Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to understand funnel performance and conversions, identify customer pain points and insights, and ideate solutions to optimize engagement at all stages of the funnel.

What you bring along :

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Prior experience in a Growth PM role, preferably in the B2B SaaS, DBaaS space
  • Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition and revenue growth through creative developer-oriented marketing strategies
  • Track record of optimizing customer onboarding experience to influence adoption
  • Experience working with developer or data engineering-oriented products
  • Passion for User and Developer Experiences
  • Strong analytical skills, working with SQL and BI tools. We use ClickHouse as the Product Analytics store; familiarity with the product is a bonus.

Compensation

This role offers cash compensation and a stock options grant. For roles based in the United States , you can find above our typical starting salary ranges for this role, depending on your specific location.
