About Us

South Tampa Fellowship (STF) is a multi-campus church with a passion for seeing the presence of Jesus made known through His people in every neighborhood. We are committed to creating worship environments that lead people into a deeper relationship with Christ while fostering authentic community both inside and outside of Sunday services.

We are seeking a Worship Associate to help lead and develop the worship ministry at our Davis Islands Campus and within our Young Adults ministry in addition to overseeing the development of worship within our Youth Ministry. This role is for someone who loves Jesus deeply, leads worship passionately, and thrives in building teams, fostering creativity, and investing in people.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Plan Worship : Collaborate with the Worship Director to plan setlists, service flow, and worship elements for weekly services and special events.
• Serve the Campus & Community : Partner with the Campus Pastor to plan and execute community gatherings, creating opportunities for deeper relationships beyond Sunday mornings.
• Develop Volunteer Teams : Recruit, train, and shepherd musicians, vocalists, and production volunteers—building a culture of worship that honors God and engages the congregation.
• Elevate Worship Culture : Lead rehearsals, organize worship team gatherings, and provide training to enhance musical excellence and spiritual depth.
• Collaborate Creatively : Participate in weekly production and creative team meetings to plan services and support church-wide events.
• Manage Worship Resources : Oversee worship equipment, stage setup / teardown, lyric management in ProPresenter, and coordinate with the Music Director to prepare Playback tracks.
• Engage Across Ministries : Serve in the band for Worship Nights and special STF events, helping create powerful, Spirit-led worship experiences.
• Shepherd Your Teams : Maintain regular communication, offer encouragement, and disciple those serving alongside you.
