Schedule : Monday-Friday, 2 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm
A Behavioral Technician (internal title : Community Living Instructor) provides support to adults with behavioral health needs in a residential or community setting.
In this role, you’ll ensure the safety, well-being, and daily success of the individuals we serve. You’ll provide hands-on support with daily living skills, social engagement, behavior management, and more — all while helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support residents in building life skills, routines, and social behaviorsAssist with rehabilitation and behavior support programsMonitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical conditionProvide basic care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal needsAdminister medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide (training provided)Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required)Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environmentParticipate in emergency response and safety proceduresComplete documentation accurately and on timeRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School / GED requiredWORK EXPERIENCE
At least one (1) year of work experience or self-employment requiredA valid unrestricted driver's license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a class E MO driver's license by the end of 60-day introductory period requiredBasic computer skills requiredYou'll Be a Great Fit for This Role If You :
