Commercial Attorney - Contracts

Flagship is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney to join its Legal Team, reporting to Flagship's Vice President, Legal. This position will be located and work out of Flagship's Southlake, Texas Office 3 days per week. The Commercial Attorney will be responsible for negotiating a broad range of complex commercial and vendor agreements, providing strategic negotiation, risk assessment, management, and drafting support for Flagship's Sales and Procurement teams, as well as driving ongoing improvement of Flagship's contracting processes, systems, and tools.
