Cardigan Health is a rapidly scaling startup disrupting the medical lien funding space. We ensure that patients injured in accidents receive the quality care they need, while providing immediate cash flow and financial security to the healthcare providers who treat them. Funded and already established in CO, TX, and GA, we are moving past groundwork and focusing on explosive growth. Role Description

This is a full-time, Field-Based role for a Healthcare Outside Sales Representative in the Denver Metro Area.

We need a road warrior. This is not a desk job. You will spend 80%+ of your time in the field. Your mission is to identify, engage, and onboard new healthcare providers (orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, pain management specialists, imaging centers) into the Cardigan Health network.

This role requires persistence, autonomy, and a relentless drive to win. Daily tasks are heavily focused on high-activity, B2B field development :

  • Managing an extensive driving route across the Denver territory.
  • Conducting high-volume, unannounced visits (cold-calling in person) to medical practices.
  • Navigating gatekeepers to identify and meet with key decision-makers (Physicians, Practice Managers).
  • Securing partnership agreements and managing ongoing provider relationships.

Qualifications

We are looking for grit and ambition above all else. This is an early-career role for someone hungry to break into healthcare sales.

  • Evidence of Hustle : Demonstrated experience in high-activity, metrics-driven environments (e.g., B2B sales, high-volume healthcare administration, PI case management, or recruiting).
  • Road Warrior Mentality : The aptitude and unwavering willingness to generate business through daily, extensive driving and direct field sales. Must thrive autonomously.
  • Professional Persistence : Ability to overcome objections, navigate gatekeepers, and build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders (from front desk staff to surgeons).
  • (Preferred) Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of the Personal Injury (PI) space, medical liens, or experience selling into / working within private medical practices.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • $50,000 Base Salary
