Compensation : $41.00 - $51.00 per hour

Assignment Length : 3 months

Location : Minneapolis, MN | onsite 2 days + 3 days remote per week

About the Role

As a Project Manager focused on retail marketing activations, you will lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel, seasonal in-store marketing programs. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration across creative, production, and vendor teams to deliver high-impact retail experiences. This role requires strong project management expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of in-store marketing campaigns, including signage, fixtures, displays, and merchandising assets across various store formats.
• Manage digital extensions of in-store programs, ensuring cohesive brand experiences across channels.
• Partner with creative, production, merchandising, store operations, and visual teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with external vendors and print partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining deliverables, specifications, and quantities.
• Facilitate review and approval processes across creative, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain alignment across multiple concurrent projects.
• Track milestones, manage timelines, and communicate progress and variances to leadership.
• Ensure all marketing outputs meet business objectives, quality standards, and launch requirements.
