Hiring for a Staff Accountant in Auburn!

Location : Auburn, MA

Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)

Job Summary

The Staff Accountant provides transactional and reconciliatory support to Finance management while contributing to all functional areas of the Finance Department. This is an in-office role within a dynamic and growing construction company, offering opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily financial transactions and general ledger activities
• Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and balance sheets
• Contribute to financial reporting and fixed asset management
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $99000.00 / yr.

Benefits will be provided once a decision is made and an offer is out.
