Title : Entry Level Production Worker (Shell Casting)

Type of Placement : Temp to hire

Shift : Mon-Friday 7 : 30AM 4PM

Pay / Pay Range : $18-22 / hr

Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable individual to join our team as an entry level Production Worker.

In this role, you will be responsible for applying material onto various parts through a series of application tanks to meet production requirements.

This hands-on position requires you to be on your feet and moving throughout the day, often lifting and handling parts weighing between 20 to 75 pounds from waist height to an overhead position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Operate and maintain shell application tanks and equipment.
• Load and unload parts onto racks for processing.
• Apply material onto parts according to established procedures and specifications.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure quality and consistency.
• Perform routine inspections to detect any defects or abnormalities in the shell application process.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle parts weighing between 20 to 75 pounds routinely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
