Role Overview :
As a Full-Cycle SaaS Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales processfrom prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and delivering tailored SaaS solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full sales cycle : prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through outbound efforts (calls, emails, social selling) and inbound leads.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and value-based conversations with potential clients.
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored SaaS solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts.
Qualifications :
58+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a full-cycle role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value.Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft).What We Offer :
