What does a great Account Manager do at Fiserv?

A great Account Manager at Fiserv owns the operational relationship with assigned financial institution clients, ensuring on-time delivery, reliable maintenance and escalation resolution for the Signature platform and related services. You will coordinate across implementations, product, development and support teams to remove friction for clients, surface opportunities that grow revenue, and convert client feedback into concrete improvements all while acting as the primary client contact and advocate for operational excellence.

What you will do :

• Oversee delivery and maintenance of products and services for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring projects meet scope and timelines.
• Lead account planning with Client Partners and translate plans into operational activities and milestones.
• Serve as primary escalation point : coordinate internal teams to resolve operational and technical issues.
• Drive client satisfaction by tracking and reporting performance metrics and executing corrective action plans.
• Manage implementations and conversions, providing proactive planning and on-site or virtual client engagement.
• Analyze client surveys and feedback with the Client Partner to identify improvement areas and implement action plans.

Salary Range $51,400.00 - $84,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
