Account Manager
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable account manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in current accounts that are primarily long-term care facilities across New York and New Jersey.
- Provide product demonstrations and in-servicing as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Educate customers on product portfolio.
- Onboard new customers.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.Excellent relationship management skills.Superb oral and written communication skills.This position involves extensive driving.Nursing home / long term care facility experience preferred.Job Type : Full-time
