About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to grow market presence and support our dealer network in the greenhouse and horticulture industry. This role is relationship-driven, focused on enabling resellers, engaging directly with growers, and managing marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Position Summary :

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for dealers, provide product guidance, and support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events. This role is key to building trust with resellers and growers, driving adoption of technical solutions, and strengthening overall market visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide product guidance and support to dealers and customers, answering technical questions and ensuring smooth adoption of systems.

Support marketing initiatives including trade shows, industry events, press releases, social media, and sales collateral.

Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

Track leads and opportunities in CRM systems; maintain accurate sales and marketing records.

Serve as a resource for internal teams, providing customer feedback and insights to improve products and processes.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to help position the company as a market leader.

Qualifications :

5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or customer support; experience in agriculture, greenhouse technology, or horticulture is a plus.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to learn technical product information and translate it clearly for customers.

Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable attending trade shows, customer sites, and industry events.

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation :

Base salary range : $65,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
