We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Junior Controller to join our North America finance team. This role supports financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting activities to ensure accurate reflection of business performance across all departments. The Junior Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring that financial results accurately reflect business activities across the organization while adhering to corporate governance policies.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Partner with the CFO and management team to align financial planning with sales and business strategies
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to sales teams, align revenue targets, product / channel strategy, and financial forecasting
- Develop, monitor, and manage regional budgets to support investment decisions and resource allocation
- Lead monthly financial review processes, providing insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions
- Prepare management reports and sales-related performance reviews
- Collaborate with the headquarters controlling team to prepare month-end closing reports and ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards
- Consolidate and report financial results to the global headquarters and the Line of Business in the North America region
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support senior management decision-making
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation, reconciliations, and relevant financial insights
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, preferably with a Taiwan-listed company or experience in a Big Four CPA firm auditing Taiwan-listed clientsStrong working knowledge of Oracle ERP and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerPointExperience in multi-national or cross-cultural environments with the ability to adapt communication and collaboration styles accordinglyExcellent organizational skills with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to managing recurring financial processesProven ability to perform complex financial analyses, including cost management, rebate validation, and expense controlStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships across departments and regionsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentEducation :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldCompensation :
