Job descriptionLawn Maintenance Debris removal Lock Changes Initial Services (including sales clean) Boarding Prepare / Put property in Convey Condition General / Minor household repairs, etc. Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair / replace Must have own transportation Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc. Meeting client's deadlines Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.
