Healthcare Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for a Healthcare Outreach Specialist to facilitate care coordination efforts for members across various operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide positive member interactions and explanations of services during scheduling

Coordinate and manage care activities in accordance with health plans and providers

Document member interactions and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; some college or medical certification preferred

Previous call center and / or customer service experience preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology and member care preferred

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is preferred

Strong technical skills with Microsoft products, especially Excel
