Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level Knowledge Manager (Graphic Design) supporting the Executive Production and Dissemination (EPD) task order primarily located in Washington D.

C. and Reston, Virginia and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS / OCONUS . If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.

LOCATION (s) : NCR - Primarily in Washington D.C. and Reston, Virginia

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT : Active TS / SCI with Poly Security Clearance

Responsibilities :

  • Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
  • Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
  • Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and

taskings.

  • Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
  • Produce templates that meet DIA design and analytic tradecraft standards, suitable for all DIA product lines.
  • Develops, maintains, and uses tools to provide static visualization and layout support for assessments submitted by DIA production offices.

Required Experience : Minimum years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education : Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.

S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.

S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.

Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

Team Members on Task (CONUS only, minimal or no job-related travel) :

  • Work Environment : The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Office Type Environment with Temperature Control. May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. General office environment.

Team Members on task (CONUS and OCONUS assignments, some travel) :

  • Specific vision abilities required by the job may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Team Members deployed to a combat zone must be physically able to live in austere conditions during off duty time that may include extremes in temperature, noise, and must not have any medical conditions that require access to uninterrupted power sources.
  • Team Members deployed to a combat zone will be subject to hazardous conditions which may require them to wear a kevlar helmet, individual body armor and / or wear a gas mask for extended periods of time.
