We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician I to join our dynamic laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform routine laboratory tests, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate data collection while following strict safety protocols and quality standards.

📍 Location :  Tucson, AZ

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : Lab Technician I

Pay Scale :   $29, 952 – $37, 440 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do :

∙ Performs daily, monthly and quarterly instrument and equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks.

∙ Monitors and maintains usage logs for all equipment and instruments.

∙ Monitors, schedules and delivers portable equipment for calibration and maintains necessary paperwork.

∙ Troubleshoots minor equipment malfunctions by performing operational tests.

∙ Monitors and prepares bulk reagents daily.

What We're Looking For :

✅ H.S. Diploma or GED – REQUIRED / Some college experience - Preferred

✅  Previous laboratory experience - Pref

✅ Experience with Ventana auto-stainers or other automated laboratory instrumentation

✅  Able to work independently. - REQUIRED

✅  Strong communication skills, verbal and written. - REQUIRED
