As a member of Card Data Products Center of Excellence (CDP CoE), you will be part of a cross-functional team defining and delivering one of the biggest data initiatives at Capital One on Card Data Products. You will work with a broad set of stakeholders to deliver Data Products initiative through a well-managed process, seamless stakeholder coordination, standardized communication and collaborative execution. You will connect with people across our product, data modeling, tech, and enterprise strategy teams to manage, integrate and improve the process for Data Product deliveries and meet the Data Product EWI. You will deliver flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results, help to resolve issues or escalate when necessary, as well as maintain and update process documents. Your role will be critical to the collective success of the teams and the initiative.

General Responsibilities :

• Partner with key business intent owner and build teams to develop clear business intent, identify risks for intent execution and build key components to bring data product initiatives to market
• Develop and maintain process documentation and drive continuous process improvements
• Perform quality assurance checks on actions taken to ensure accuracy
• Serve as subject matter expert to outside resources
• Monitors the progression of findings against mitigation plans to ensure timely closure
• Easily adaptable in a fast paced environment, by being able to navigate between BAU solicitation work and perform in market issue resolution
• Problem-solve issues and correct errors as they arise
• Continually look for ways to streamline and improve overall process
• Stay abreast of launches and expansions across card data products
• Maintain monthly dashboards and reporting

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $126,700 - $144,600 for Manager, Process Management

Richmond, VA : $115,200 - $131,500 for Manager, Process Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
